Yes, yes, yes a new area is finally upon us. It's been almost 2 months since Ravine of Death's release on August 19th. This area is way long overdue. We were all getting so restless. The game's lost a lot of veteran and original players, but it has also gained a lot of new players so by any measure the game is still hot. Die-hard fans are still competing in Team Battle. But let's get down to business -- the rescue business, of course.
The journey we have taken so far has been descending into darker and darker realms. We started in the cutesy and shiny Valley of Wind. We went through some carnival-like play land, museums, frozen temples, fiery pits, up to perilous high... but it seems like lately we're going down deeper and deeper depths. Ravines and wastelands... dirty and dingy places with rotting fruits. Wasteland is so nasty that Mephisto wouldn't even hang out there -- he's only left a hologram of his big derriere shaped head to taunt us. Surely Sally is not here, but it is good to see that we're still getting a bit closer and close enough to at least see his sinister face.
It won't be long now. We'll dawn on Wasteland soon. In the meantime, make sure you're grabbing your Railroad Browns and Noruruns. Event ends in a week. Driver Brown is no longer available!
first, lol, I guess we can expect another grueling hurdle in this new stages that requires the new rangers that they will release next month, but I guess its better than just new ranger event :P

ReplyDelete4* why not one of the Browns? General Brown would probably make a lot of people happy. Or they could make it Beans, most still miss one for master and it's an ok ranger.
Nah... I think Luis is still a bit to powerful (at this moment) to just give away for free. Luke sounds indeed like a pretty good guess. Or may be some other first gen 5-star rangers (e.g. Legend Boss, Gentleman James).

DeleteI delete some comments partially and sometimes completely so people straight up never see them, so don't be alarmed. Sometimes depends on specific wording used.

Hi, dear Panic. I think this area will be released on October 16th, when invite-a-friend history will be reset. Line Rangers team plan to do regular maintenance on 10/16. As october rangers are not usable, i think they will offer us a new limited ranger (like they offered us driver cony in the middle of september). Otherwise second october gacha odds will fail.
ReplyDeleteI still can't beat 132 because I don't have any of the premium rangers. With free rubies I did the 5+1 twice (stupidly not during the double gacha event) and got junk - the best one I have is a lvl 60 Dwight. I've been storing up rubies and have enough to do a 5+1 during the next double odds whenever it comes, but are the October rangers worth it, or should I wait for next month? I'm just tired of farming lvl 104 - I can farm 124 but it takes too long and I only have room for 1 spare ranger to level up...
ReplyDeleteI have mastered Norurun and Railroad Brown, but I can't find a 132 strat that they fit into at all, so I'm stuck waiting until I can master a Xan, which takes ages.
Delete132 is done with 1* rangers (Glenn & Bella) and Sorceror Cony and Opera James.

Every video I've seen that doesn't have Shu/Songster Cony (I have neither) uses Xan. I'm working on mastering him now (at level 60 now...).
DeleteAkari : Assuming you also have mastered Driver Brown and Sorcerer Cony, those stages should be a breeze. Driver Brown is an important asset to have for clearing the later stages.
DeleteAkari, if you have mastered Norurun you can farm level 124 within 30sec. Much experience than 104. Or MT Brown at level 60 also could take it down in same time.
DeleteWhy everybody took 120 instead of 124, it really took at least 1min to complete it by MT Brown or Kinnara Cony.
Well, my usual PvP team and boss team is mastered Driver Brown, Sorceror Cony, Norurun, and lvl 70 KSM. 5th slot is spare, depends on mood and how much I need damage - I move between leveling an Alice (59), Xan (60), Witch Cony (68), Hip Hop Brown (58 of 60, no upgrade). I have issues with 124 because I tank with Driver Browns but the mushrooms end up moving so fast that they push my guys back and splash doesn't hit the dice/chickens, or even the spade. I can win with ease with my main team, but it's still slow and no point without leveling up my extras.

Also, I see Xan is good for 132 because he moves so fast that he is a good backup to the Glenn spam. Without Shu or Songster Cony, I don't have enough speedy DPS to make up for Norurun's slower movement, I think.
Ok, 124 is easy with Norurun, but I just got owned twice in a row on 132 with mastered Glenn, Norurun, Sorceror Cony, Opera James, and lvl 65 Lucifer Cony (she seems to beat non mastered Witch Cony at least).
DeleteWhen I tornado at the end I have nothing alive to stop them from moving fast, and I can't get enough minerals to summon enough stuff to kill the dice while frozen. I'm lvl 77, minerals 77, max minerals 77, missile 75, tower 68.
I'm just lost at how to do this.

DeleteOk I managed to beat it, but it cost me a ton of coins and 4 tries. Mastered Sorceror Cony, Opera James, Driver Brown, and lvl 68 Witch Cony (and Xan for fun) barely did it... I kept getting overrun at the end after they unfroze and my invincibility wore off, but somehow I tanked it out this time. On to the hell of later levels, and I'm never doing 132 again!

Did u try with mastered Norurun, Sorcerer Cony and Opera James? The solution to pass almost stage above 133 is:
Delete+ Dont reach to middle point between ur tower and foe tower if u dont have enough splash rangers and meat tanks.
+ After killing the first boss series, spamming meat tank and splash rangers with ratio 1-4. When ur meat tank reach to the foe tower change it to 1-2.
+ Use item or call Thomas at the right time.
+ Meteor is really powerfull at Hurry up time.

DeleteIn my opinion, I don't think we will ever reach sally. The game is earning so much, the game developers will just keep on coming out with new ideas, rangers and areas to keep the hardcore gamers on playing and buying rubies.
ReplyDeleteDont really think so, at some point (sooner or later) we will save Sally, maybe after that the game will continue with the quest to destroy Mephisto or something similar or after we save Sally we will reach the end of the game and Naver Line will come out with something like Line Rangers 2, an improved and better version of Line Rangers, but you are right in the part of they are earning a lot of money with this game and I dont think that the LR developers are willing to kill the game sooner because they are making tons of money.

ReplyDeleteIn Line Rangers, fast leveling up doesn't mean ur mineral reproduction good enough to deploy those rangers above. If ur max mineral and regeneration also upgraded to level 73 I think no problem with ur current team to go further.
DeleteYour Driver Brown at level 65 is strong enough to tank at the front then replace the others by long range splash or long range attack rangers who have low mineral cost and fast cooling.

Ah, if you just only do spamming mastered Norurun, all the stages below 112 could be defeated without any item, friend help or friend backup.
DeleteI really hope on new year event (During two months: from Dec 1st 2014 to Jan 31st 2015) they will bring back limited rangers with triple chance event. I need more two Driver Cony to master her.
ReplyDeleteOr it will be better if they create something like "power up ranger item" to make rangers extending current level and power, hp to maximum level without combination. Even that item cost 200 rubies.
